Delivery times are non-binding and can be influenced by, for example, weather conditions. Since our products are handmade, there may be an additional 5-7 days delay for non-stocked items as they need to be produced and dried first.

When ordering, you can choose the shipment tracking option, which incurs an additional charge of €3.00.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. You can use the tracking number provided to track your shipment on the Österreichische Post AG website after shipping .
